GW & Wade continues to expand its Women & Wealth program and the client-centric values shared by Kelli and Heather will be instrumental to the continued success the firm has enjoyed since its founding in 1986.

Kelli joined the firm in 2005 and became a Financial Counselor in 2012. Kelli's commitment to fostering client relationships—including her work as the Co-Lead of the firm's Women & Wealth initiative —will continue to serve her well as Principal.

In addition to overseeing the firm's strategic business initiatives and legal and regulatory responsibilities, Heather serves as Co-Chair of the firm's Investment Committee.
