Dr. Peschl has a vast wealth of knowledge and great international professional experience in management, administration and leadership in the Medical Device field. Dr. Peschl comes to GxP-CC with high qualifications, which suit her new position admirably. With nearly 17 years of Medical Device and Life Sciences leadership experience she will be one of the leading members of the staff. Starting from a well-known scientific environment complemented by an MBA she has held positions with increasing challenges in strategic management and leadership. In former years she has had numerous assignments in the USA, in Asian and African countries.
Previously Dr. Peschl was active in the medical device sector performing life cycle management of various critical products, merger and acquisition leadership and operational excellence roles. Applying the profound knowledge in developing strategies for the positioning of innovative products or services and as well for the market entry in new countries, she also provided advice to start-up companies and spin-offs in the Medical Device and Life Sciences fields (Winner of Science4Life Venture Cup 2013 for an excellent business plan).
