For the first time in the show's five seasons, host Ian Bremmer interviewed acclaimed Washington journalists Susan B. Glasser of The New Yorker and Peter Baker, chief White House correspondent for The New York Times, in front of a studio audience. The special begins airing on public television stations nationwide on Friday, October 21 (check local listings).
Glasser and Barker, authors of the new book The Divider: Trump in the White House, 2017-2021, sat down with Ian on October 7 at the non-profit art space Chelsea Factory for a wide-ranging conversation about Trump's impact on U.S. politics, Vladimir Putin's nuclear ambitions, Biden's challenging road ahead and more.
