CHICAGO, Feb. 12, 2019 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- Today H2Joe launched a Kickstarter campaign for the eponymous two-in-one travel mug and water bottle. The vacuum-sealed, triple insulated bottle is engineered to allow users to carry both water and coffee without the hassle of carrying multiple drink bottles. It is now available starting at $34 USD (MSRP $59 USD).
"My wife Dorothy and I are avid coffee drinkers," said co-founder, Brett Moody. "For years, we've complained about having to fill two bottles each morning – one for coffee and one for water. Dorothy disliked having to juggle two bottles as she made her way out the door. I often forgot my water bottle altogether but had no problem refilling my coffee mug all day long. By the time I got home, I'd be caffeinated, dehydrated and feeling guilty that I didn't make the time to drink water."
The company has come up with a design that will allow people to take both liquids in one hand. H2Joe holds 12 ounces of hot coffee and 12 ounces of cold water simultaneously. It has two separate easy-fill detachable coffee and water chambers and a dual opening SIPSWIG lid (patent-pending) which provides natural drinking experience through water spout and coffee lid.
The lower coffee storage compartment is vacuum sealed and keeps liquids hot for 6 hours and the insulated upper compartment keeps water cold for 8 hours. It comes equipped with a leak-proof seal to prevent liquids from spilling.
"One of our main goals with H2Joe was to help combat chronic dehydration, especially among coffee drinkers like us—without having to sacrifice coffee," added co-founder John Anthony.
