FAYETTEVILLE, N.C. (PRWEB) January 21, 2020
H&H Homes today announced that they had recently completed a corporate-wide charity drive in each of their divisions.
In keeping with the spirit of the season, H&H Homes wanted to share their gratitude for each of the families that have purchased an H&H Home in 2019.
H&H Homes challenged their regional teams, in each division, to donate one item to a local charity, in honor of each new H&H homeowner last year. During the period from Thanksgiving through Christmas, across all divisions, the result was an outstanding 2,226 total items. Donations included toys, coats, blankets, gifts, canned foods and other items.
Additionally, in each division, H&H Homes donated to local charities as follows;
- Fayetteville donated 329 items to Fayetteville Urban Ministry.
- Charlotte donated 40 items to Hope for Union County
- Myrtle Beach donated 1,038 items to Help 4 Kids
- Raleigh donated 403 items to Wake County Urban Ministry
- Wilmington donated 356 items to Toys for Tots
- Triad donated 60 items to Second Harvest Food Bank
By reaching a total of 2,226 donated items, H&H Homes surpassed their goal of 899 items – one donated item per new H&H homeowner in 2019.
