Shank joined the firm in 2014 as a freelance copywriter, applying her extensive experience in both SEO and web copywriting to clients' projects. A standout among her peers, Shank was recruited for a full-time, direct copywriting role in 2017, honing her skills and evolving the copywriting team's best practices ahead of changes in the staffing industry and inbound marketing. As the firm's client base and SEO solutions grew, Shanks' unique mix of technical SEO and copywriting expertise made her the ideal candidate to lead the marketing firm's growing SEO team. Now, as Haley Marketing's Director of SEO, Shank will oversee and support the SEO team, developing and implementing strategies that ensure clients increase their search ranking while achieving their unique business objectives. As a Marketing Consultant with the firm, Maher has spent the last decade consulting with staffing clients and prospects on marketing strategy, and then developing clear, creative solutions to help them achieve their goals. In his new role as Senior Marketing Consultant and Sales Team Leader, Maher will continue consulting while also serving as sales manager for his team – training new marketing consultants, achieving revenue goals, and improving his consultants' ability to understand and solve clients' complex business challenges.
