Darrick will be based out of the firm's Dallas office where he will lead project management engagements for healthcare construction projects, including new hospitals, outpatient centers, medical office buildings and surgery centers.
Darrick has 35 years of healthcare planning, design and construction experience, including 11 years with Hammes where he previously served as a senior project executive. Throughout Darrick's career, he has managed numerous healthcare projects for hospitals and healthcare systems ranging from small renovations to large-scale new construction projects. As a LEED Green Associate, he is knowledgeable of sustainable design and construction principles and green building practices.
Darrick is a Texas native, born and raised in the Dallas Forth Worth metroplex where he resides today. His presence in Dallas will support Hammes' continued expansion and growth in the market and provide clients with deep healthcare project leadership and management expertise.
Hammes has had a presence in Dallas for nearly 20 years and more recently opened a Houston office.
