Protecting employees and making it more convenient for them to take preventative measures while facing COVID-19 is a priority for Harmony Healthcare. Founder and CEO Christian Brown wants to reassure travel consultants who work on-site in healthcare facilities that the company considers their health as a top priority. He also wants to reimburse them the cost of their N95 masks.

“I am proud of the commitment made by our on-site staff,” said Brown. “We urge an abundance of caution and hope this gesture supports our terrific employees.”

Harmony Healthcare is closely monitoring how the spread of the virus is affecting its employees and the healthcare community. The company has preparedness plans in place to help protect both travel consultants who work on-site in healthcare facilities as well as corporate and remote teams.

“As we all know and are aware of the ongoing coronavirus (COVID-19), Harmony Healthcare leadership wants you to know that we are doing everything we can to both protect our employees and work place to keep it safe and healthy and minimize the risk of disruption to our business,” said Cindy Kell, Senior Director, Administration. “We want to reassure you that we are mindful of the situation and taking any precautions as needed.”

All travel consultants seeking reimbursement can reach out to their recruiters. They will guide consultants through a simple 1-step process. Consultants can expect to receive their reimbursements on the paycheck after completing that process.
