Native to Ohio, Marc moved to Arlington in 1989. Over the years he has been appointed to several civic boards and commissions, including the position of Chairman of the City of Arlington's Zoning Board of Adjustment, a mayoral appointed position. He is also a member of the Arlington Bar Association and Tarrant County Probate Bar Association.
Marc earned his Juris Doctorate from St. Mary's University School of Law in San Antonio, Texas. Prior to this, he attended Texas Christian University, where he earned his Bachelor of Science in Political Science.
