DUNCANVILLE, Texas, Sept. 24, 2019 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- Virginia native and Harvard-trained Raymond D. Greaser M.D. brings over 25 years of specialized clinical expertise in interventional pain management to the care of his patients.
Dr. Greaser earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from the University of Richmond, where he was a scholarship collegiate football player. After teaching high school English and coaching football, he attended medical school at the University of Virginia School of Medicine where he graduated in 1990. While on active-duty service in the US Army for 8 years, he continued his post-graduate medical education as an intern physician at Tripler Army Medical Center, Honolulu, HI, and as a resident physician in the anesthesiology program at Walter Reed Army Medical Center, Washington, DC.
During his military service, Dr. Greaser served with distinction as his practice of interventional pain management was recognized by the US Army with two Meritorious Service Medals and the Army Achievement Medal. On completion of his military service, Dr. Greaser attended Harvard University, Harvard Medical School, and Massachusetts General Hospital where he completed advanced fellowship training in interventional pain management.
Over his medical career, he has traveled throughout Europe, Canada and the United States instructing physicians in advanced techniques in interventional pain management.
