Harvest Power Acquires Assets of Majestic Son Solar
Long Island, NY (PRWEB) September 08, 2015 -- Harvest Power LLC has announced today the acquisition of Majestic Son & Sons Inc., for an undisclosed amount. The acquisition advances Harvest Power’s strategy of expanding and strengthening its position as a leader in the residential and commercial solar market on Long Island.
This acquisition, along with a newly opened office in Long Beach, NY, gives Harvest Power 4 offices on Long Island, stretching from New York City to Montauk. “This acquisition of Majestic represents the next major step in Harvest Power’s growth strategy, cementing us as the premier solar installer on Long Island,” said Carlo P.
