Healtec® Announces Executive Leadership Change

Salot Jr. as new President/CEO and Regulatory Affairs Officer following the departure of Kristen Dietz, former Chief Operations Officer. Shaun Carpenter MD, FAPWCA, CWSP, co-founder and Chief Medical Officer of Healtec® released the following statement welcoming Mr. Salot: “Stanley H. Salot Jr, our new President and CEO, has nearly forty years of experience in manufacturing and quality management. With over ten years of experience as President/CEO of ECC Corporation and thirteen years as President/CEO of Business & Quality Process Management, Mr. Salot has an extensive background of introducing and promoting innovative products and revenue streams with an emphasis on quality processes and supply chain management. Mr. Salot is an acknowledged expert in business and quality process management and is active in U.S. and international industry standards bodies. He was an instrumental member of the group which authored and implemented the U.S. standard that was later adopted as the international specification for managing hazardous substance processes in the electronic and electrical industries: QC 080000 IECQ HSPM. Mr. Salot’s recent work with hazardous substance and counterfeit product mitigation and avoidance complements his management skills and provides a foundation for leading Healtec® in producing nature-based, innovative wound care products.
