Heart Internet named best web host by readers of PC Pro

PC Pro’s annual survey of IT products and services is the largest independent IT survey in the UK, with over 11,000 people taking part. Heart Internet scored an overall total of 95% in areas such as speed, reliability, support and value for money in the web hosting category.

Heart Internet have been finalists for the PC Pro Excellence Awards every year since 2007 and this year saw off competition from rival companies to win the grand prize.
Voting for the awards began in May, with people being asked to rate their satisfaction on the IT products and services they have bought in the last 12 months. Categories cover every aspect of IT product available on the UK market, ranging from hardware such as desktops, laptops, tablet devices and printers, to software such as computer security.
