Promotions highlight HeartcoR's commitment to employee development and focus on advancing project management expertise
SCHAUMBURG, Ill., May 17, 2023 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- HeartcoR Solutions, a leading ECG Core Lab provider that delivers 24/7 clinical research support for cardiac safety studies to pharmaceutical and medical device industries and CROs worldwide, announced today the promotion of Cesar Patino and Henry Flores to leadership positions within the organization.

This is the third promotion for Patino, following previous moves to associate project manager and then project manager in his first year of employment. In his new role, Patino will lead HeartcoR's project management function and direct all project management staff with a goal of promoting process and workflow consistency and ensuring the application of best practices for clinical trial sponsors. In addition, Patino will work to develop HeartcoR's career mentoring program, giving other team members the opportunity for career mobility.
Patino joined HeartcoR in 2019 after working as a fire paramedic. He has a bachelor's degree in biology and recently earned a bachelor's degree in computer science. In his free time Patino works with the Franciscan Outreach and other organizations in support of unhoused individuals. He regularly visits tent cities to supply residents with food, toiletries, and other necessities or to offer a listening ear.

Meanwhile, Flores will serve as the primary subject matter expert on HeartcoR's portfolio of devices and their associated applications and platforms. He will also conduct research to source and test new and emerging technologies in ECG monitoring for clinical trials with a goal of providing customers with accurate, timely responses to their questions and ensuring HeartcoR remains on the leading edge in ECG core lab technology. Flores started as a quality control technician at HeartcoR and was promoted to project manager in his first year with the company.
