Helium, a budding B2B strategy-based software solutions company, had the opportunity to build three award-winning websites over the course of a weekend for an astounding nonprofit event.
48in48 is a national organization that assists nonprofits worldwide mobilize their digital marketing and technology efforts. Their cross-country events bring together agency teams in the area to work and create dozens of new websites in 48 hours.
At 48in48 Atlanta 2018, Helium approached each nonprofit they were paired with as if they were any other client. Their process begins with discovery where they assess the organization’s requirements, needs, and any other pertinent details to launch a website desirable to the client. Additional content for each organization participating was easily accessible at the event which was necessary to gather and build on for the unique websites.
Although the timeline for these projects was much shorter than Helium normally takes on, their experienced team fully embraced the challenge. With a total of six members, they were able to draft and complete three websites in record time.
During the weekend event, Helium built the websites for Culture Quest, Grow Ohio Valley’s Public Market, and Two Tailz Rescue. Each site had two team members working on it. The Helium team's hard work awarded them best overall website for their creation of the Two Tailz Rescue site.
