Here TV and Comcast Celebrate Washington, D.C. Pride With a Special Screening of the Emmy-nominated Documentary
In celebration of Pride, Here TV is partnering with Comcast for a special screening of the Emmy-nominated documentary A LONG ROAD TO FREEDOM: THE ADVOCATE CELEBRATES 50 YEARS from 6-9 p.m. Thursday, July 11, at the Xfinity Store, Chinatown, located at 715 7th Street NW in Washington, D.C.
LOS ANGELES, June 29, 2019 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- Narrated by Laverne Cox with music by Melissa Etheridge, this moving feature-length documentary focuses on watershed moments in LGBTQ history through never-before-seen footage and engaging interviews with WarnerMedia Entertainment Chairman Robert Greenblatt, Caitlyn Jenner, Cleve Jones, Bruce Cohen, Don Lemon, Gloria Allred, California Governor Gavin Newsom, Dustin Lance Black, Margaret Cho, Armistead Maupin, Bruce Vilanch, Greg Louganis, DeRay McKesson, Candis Cayne, Guillermo Diaz, and many more.
