Hermetic Solutions Group Acquires Sinclair Manufacturing
TINTON FALLS, N.J. (PRWEB) June 04, 2018 -- Hermetic Solutions Group announced that it has acquired Sinclair Manufacturing, an industry leader of glass-to-metal seal components for the microelectronic packaging industry. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Founded in 1946, in Chartley, Massachusetts, Sinclair is an industry founding front-runner specializing in glass-to-metal seal components including hermetic packages, standard headers, optical windows, connectors & feedthrus, and vacuum products, serving the defense/aerospace, medical, optical, communications and industrial markets. For over 70 years, Sinclair has focused on continuously improving manufacturing processes and product lines in order to provide their customers with the highest possible levels of service.
