Hickory Tavern Launches a New Menu Featuring Bold Flavors and Unique Premium Items This Fall

New signature dishes are available this November as a part of an ongoing strategy to provide a higher quality product and experience for Hickory Tavern fans.

“Our goal is to evolve the menu by providing a delicate balance between continuing to provide quality menu items to serve our most loyal guests, as well as attracting new guests, ” states Paul Baldasaro, CEO and President.

Hickory Tavern launches a new menu featuring bold flavors and unique premium items this fall. This selection of new signature dishes is a part of an ongoing strategy to provide a higher quality product and experience for Hickory Tavern fans.

“Our goal is to evolve the menu by providing a delicate balance between continuing to provide quality menu items to serve our most loyal guests, as well as attracting new guests. Giving guests the option to try something different, but also knowing they can still find some of their long-time favorites is important,” states Paul Baldasaro, CEO and President.

Below are some of the flavorful dishes and new offerings, truly a meal for every occasion.

  • Blackened Chicken Quesadilla – Flour tortilla, chicken, jack & cheddar, classic cheese sauce, black beans, jalapenos, tomatoes, lettuce, salsa, and sour cream
  • Korean BBQ Ribs - Braised & glazed ribs, served with sticky rice & toasted sesame seeds
  • Pacific Rim Ahi Tuna- Five-spice seared ahi tuna, served over pickled vegetables & wasabi cucumber drizzle
  • Steak & Frites - 10oz C.A.B. Grade “1855 Hanger Steak”, chargrilled to perfection, topped with house-made chimichurri sauce, served with French fries
  • Chicken Romano - Romano parmesan breadcrumb encrusted chicken breast, topped with mozzarella cheese, shredded parmesan & classic marinara sauce
  • The Charleston Burger - Fresh ground beef patty, applewood smoked bacon, house-made pepper jelly, arugula & goat cheese, served on a garlic sesame bun
  • Cajun Dry Rub Wings - Lip smacking bayou dry rub

Additionally, there are three delicious new taco entrees featuring, Ahi Tuna Tacos, Chimi Chicken Tacos and Korean-Style Steak Tacos. Each of these items can be paired with our beverage features for the month including, Kendall Jackson Chardonnay, New Belgium Voodoo Ranger Juicy IPA as well as Cupcake Riesling.

For each bottle of wine purchased throughout the month, guests will receive a free movie download to Fandango. “We want to provide a unique offering to our guests and allow them to unwind at home with their family and friends by providing an additional value when dining with us this month,” states Baldasaro.

You can find these permanent menu items at all locations starting November 3, 2020. Hickory Tavern encourages everyone to join their new Fan Club, allowing guests to use unique rewards through online ordering as well as while dining-in. For every new Fan Club member, a free appetizer is rewarded.
