Enertech Acquires CMS Wireless.
NEW BRAUNFELS, Texas, Feb. 13, 2020 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- Enertech Holdings LLC ("Enertech"), a super-regional turnkey wireless infrastructures services company, announced today the acquisition of Arkansas-based CMS Wireless, LLC ("CMS"). Since its founding in 1995 in Little Rock, CMS has performed as a leading full-service provider to the wireless industry throughout Arkansas, Oklahoma, Missouri, Mississippi, and Western Tennessee.
Also included in the transaction is the Springfield, Missouri-based associate brand of CMS, Communication Integration Specialists, LLC ("CIS").
