DAVIS, Calif., April 21, 2021 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- A new LEED Gold Certified, 260,000 square foot off-campus student housing community is coming to the UC Davis market just in time for the fall semester. HighBridge Properties, a real estate development company, began construction on the property in Fall 2019, and will be completed by August 2021. The community is being developed in an opportunity zone at an underutilized infill site and brings 706 beds among 130 apartments to the area.
The Ryder on Olive is located half a mile from campus and is close to the business district, which is filled with restaurants, bars and shops. As the most amenitized student housing project in Davis, amenities include 20,000 square feet of community space, consisting of a fitness center, yoga room, multiple study areas and game rooms, pool cabanas, a karaoke room, a micro market for 24/7 access to food and drinks, full-fiber distribution to every unit delivering high-speed internet and more.
