This announcement comes shortly after the recent rebranding of sister companies MatchMaximizer and Digital Call Solutions. With each of these changes, HEG Digital is continuing to expand and grow its companies to offer unparalleled performance marketing, lead generation software solutions, call center services and compliance monitoring. The company aims to offer these products across a wider range of industries while continuing to provide best-in-class services.

In January, the company acquired equity share in CalmCircle, a stress and sleep management platform, in order to enhance its services for both education and corporate partners. The acquisition of CalmCircle poised HEG Digital for expansion into industries outside of higher education and equipped them with the ability to offer more global services to their partners.
The new parent company HEG Digital will be comprised of Inquir, MatchMaximizer, Digital Call Solutions and CalmCircle. MatchMaximizer, Digital Call Solutions and CalmCircle will continue to deliver the same comprehensive services and products under HEG Digital. Inquir will offer the same full-service marketing and lead generation, however, will now be expanding its expertise to encompass multiple verticals.
