Perera previously served as Vice President at Adobe, where he scaled the Adobe Document Cloud business in the enterprise.

Prior to Adobe, Perera was General Manager at Microsoft, where he worked across Windows, Active Directory, Industry and Enterprise marketing teams. He also served as General Manager of Business Operations for Microsoft's international headquarters in Paris, France.
Perera's hire marks another growth milestone for Highspot with the company having doubled in employee count over the last year.
