The broadcast partnership marks the latest addition to HockeyTV's growing network of 35 leagues and over 30,000 games broadcast each season through HockeyTV. The Quebec Midget AAA Hockey League is HockeyTV's second Quebec-based broadcast partner, joining the LHJQAAA.

The Quebec Midget AAA Hockey League and Hockey was founded in 1976 and serves as a development league for the Quebec Major Junior Hockey League for 15, 16 and 17-year-old players. The Quebec Midget AAA Hockey League currently consists of 15 teams spread across three divisions: The CCM Division, La Coop fédérée Division, and The Tacks Division.
