Holland & Hart announced the addition of partner Terry Gorrell, of counsel Ned Giles, and associate Kevin Giles, deepening Holland & Hart's multifaceted real estate development and finance practice.

Gorrell and Ned Giles join the firm's Denver office, while Kevin Giles joins the Aspen office.

Gorrell draws on four decades of experience to guide clients through every phase of a development project, from the first look at the ground through due diligence, acquisition, ownership structuring, financing, entitlements, development, management, and disposition. He leverages real-world understanding of real estate development and management to counsel clients developing medical centers, multifamily and senior living facilities, business campuses and commercial centers.

As a cattle rancher and irrigated farmer himself, Giles combines his business experience and extensive legal knowledge to help ranching and farming operations with a variety of legal needs, including entity structure, negotiating and securing loans, and buying and selling land and equipment.
Kevin Giles works with real estate developers and investors in acquisition and sale transactions for a wide range of commercial development projects. His commercial leasing practice includes representing both landlords and tenants from national retailers to regional and local investors.
Gorrell and the Giles' all practiced at Gorrell Giles PC, a boutique real estate firm, before joining Holland & Hart.
