Amos advises companies of all sizes, from small start-ups and venture-backed growth stage companies to public companies in the Fortune 500. His practice focuses on mergers, acquisitions, tender offers, and other strategic exit opportunities. He also assists clients with venture capital financing and strategic growth, as well as corporate structure and governance.
Brad Williams – Denver | Labor and Employment Litigation
Brad litigates labor and employment disputes on behalf of employers before administrative agencies and state and federal courts. In addition to his employment-related work, Brad also arbitrates labor grievances, defends unfair labor practice charges, and counsels employers on traditional labor law matters.
Chris Myers – Las Vegas | Corporate
Chris advises companies at all stages of growth, helping them successfully raise capital, complete acquisitions and divestitures, and comply with regulatory requirements. Engels counsels clients on a broad range of commercial disputes, from cybersecurity and data breach defense to matters under the Bankruptcy Code, the Uniform Commercial Code, and consumer protection statutes. He works with clients in the renewable energy, rooftop solar, and banking and finance industries.
Jeremy Ben Merkelson – Washington, D.C. | Labor and Employment
Jeremy collaborates with public and private companies, healthcare organizations, trade associations, and non-profits to solve their most complex employment-related problems. Jeremy has substantial first-chair trial experience in state and federal courts, administrative proceedings, and arbitrations throughout the U.S. He also advises on employment aspects of M&A deals.
Jordan Bunch – Boulder | Real Estate Development and Finance
Jordan represents clients in a wide range of complex real estate transactions including acquisition, development, leasing, land use, licensing, renewable energy, and affordable housing. Her extensive leasing practice includes ground leasing in addition to traditional office and retail leases.
