The Hot Iron Holster Original is a 100% silicone hot styling tool holder designed for the average consumer and professional stylist alike. Made from heat resistant silicone, the Hot Iron Holster can withstand styling tool temperatures up to 500 degrees, and is meant to be used during the use, transportation, and storage of a wide variety of hot styling tools from curling irons to hair dryers.

The Hot Iron Holster is the invention of Erin Balogh, a former ER nurse and mother of three. When her children were smaller Erin needed a way to get herself ready for the day, at her pedestal sink, while protecting her children from the heat of her styling tools. Erin created a rough prototype in her home with her sewing machine, silicone oven mitts, and a bag of coins for weights. After realizing that there was a need in the market for such a product, the Original Hot Iron Holster design was fine tuned and manufactured.
