861 home care agencies in North America qualified for 2020 Best of Home Care® Awards based on receiving high satisfaction ratings from their clients and caregivers. The Best of Home Care Awards include Provider of Choice, Employer of Choice, and Leader in Excellence.
REXBURG, Idaho, Feb. 10, 2020 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- Based on client and caregiver satisfaction ratings captured by Home Care Pulse, 861 home care agencies across North America have qualified for a 2020 Best of Home Care® Award.
The 861 award winners met qualifications which include being a Home Care Pulse Certified – Trusted Provider for at least six consecutive months and outperforming other agencies in their geographic region in multiple satisfaction categories measured by Home Care Pulse, the in-home care industry's leading quality insights and performance benchmarking company. Client and caregiver satisfaction ratings, upon which the awards are based, were captured via telephone surveys conducted during 2019.

518 of the North American award winners qualified for 2020 Best of Home Care® – Employer of Choice based on superior caregiver satisfaction ratings.
2020 Best of Home Care® – Leader In Excellence
The highest award home care agencies can earn through the Home Care Pulse Satisfaction Management program, only 248 agencies met the qualifications for this award. These 248 represent the top 15% of home care providers using Home Care Pulse. 2020 Leader in Excellence recipients have also earned both the 2020 Provider of Choice and 2020 Employer of Choice awards and have achieved high satisfaction scores in 6 or more satisfaction categories measured by Home Care Pulse over the entire 2019 calendar year. 18 agencies were also recognized for earning a Leader In Excellence award for five consecutive years.
