They now offer services in seven counties and are considering several others in the near future. HCBS Provider specializes in providing support services, in the home as well as the community, to adults with mental health and intellectual/developmental disabilities including autism. Community Living Arrangements (CLA) and Life-sharing are also available. They offer a range of support options designed to meet the specific needs of their consumers.
The trained staff at HCBS Provider provide In-Home & Community Supports, Supported Employment, Companion, Behavioral Therapy, Personal Assistance, Community Inclusion/Integration, overnight Respite (in or out of the home), as well as Nursing, new in 2018.
Depending on their clients’ needs, HCBS Provider can also provide light housekeeping, laundry service, meal planning and preparation, running errands, and assistance with activities of daily living such as personal hygiene. HCBS Provider also promotes social interaction to reduce the isolation experienced by some of their consumers and to improve the quality of lives. Their clients have disabilities ranging from autism, down syndrome, cerebral palsy and other physical disabilities.
