About The Author
Joseph Ifechukwude Chiadika is a Nigerian of Igbo ethnicity. Chiadika earned a Higher National Diploma in Mass Communication from Delta State Polytechnic, Ogwashi-Uku, and he is also the author of "Principles and Practice of Interpersonal Communication" (2018) and "A Fundamental Approach to Public Opinion Research" (2017). He learned to cook from his grandmothers who were excellent chefs and has attended several seminars and conferences on healthy living and Nigerian foods.
