As is the case with all other HomeSmart proprietary technology, the application was written entirely in-house and integrated directly into HomeSmart's extensive technology platform.
RSA Mobile offers functions similar to HomeSmart International's web-based tool RealSmart Agent, developed by the company to manage all aspects of its agents' business on a single platform. From their smartphone, HomeSmart agents can now access:
Listing and sales transaction information
Broker compliance review items
Listing web traffic from HomeSmart.com, Zillow and Trulia

HomeSmart has plans to release future versions that will include the ability to write offers, manage and edit forms and set up and route showings for buyers.
