The thirty-five person firm will better serve clients and brokers in the surrounding market. Qualifying Broker Camille Victour opened the first HomeSmart franchise office in Albuquerque in May of 2019 and the new Santa Fe office opened September 2020.

The Albuquerque office has grown from one agent to more than thirty-five in a little over a year. The new Santa Fe office has been completely refurbished in a contemporary look along Calle Medico, just off of Old Pecos Trail. John Gutierrez of 505 Mechanical and Construction was the general contractor and Albuquerque Office Systems provided the furnishings. Victour, a former architect, completed the interior design.
