Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield of New Jersey Designated as Military Friendly® and Military Spouse Friendly® Employer
Newark, NJ (PRWEB) November 11, 2014 -- Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield of New Jersey (BCBSNJ) announced today its third-annual recognition as a “Military Friendly® Employer” and its first-ever recognition as a “Military Spouse Friendly® Employer” by Victory Media, publisher of G.I. Jobs and Military Spouse magazines.
Companies competing for the elite Military Friendly® Employer and Military Spouse Friendly® Employer titles are assessed on such factors as the strength of company military recruiting efforts, the percentage of new hires with prior military service, retention programs, and company policies on National Guard and Reserve service.
