  • Dru Fearing, Vice President HR Talent Management at Freddie Mac. Dru is an experienced HR executive with a history of success in the financial services industry. He is skilled in metrics, executive development, talent management, career development and HR consulting.
  • Dallis Howard-Crow, Chief Human Resources Officer at UCHealth, a Colorado-based nonprofit health care system with 12 hospitals, 150 clinics, 23,500 employees and a $4.5 billion operating revenue.
  • Cat Kennedy, Head of Organizational Development, Heineken. Cat is a commercially minded and globally oriented strategic HR Business Partner who focuses on building the kinds of organizations that people want to work for.
  • Thaler Pekar, Founder & Director, Thaler Pekar & Partners. Thaler is an internationally recognized pioneer in the field of organizational narrative, leadership storytelling, and persuasive communication. She has been recognized by the BBC and the Smithsonian Institution as an expert on business storytelling, and she always crosses the street to walk on the sunny side.
  • Mike Taylorson, Vice President, Leadership & Strategy at Parsons Corporation. Mike is an experienced talent development executive with a reputation for creative problem-solving, collaboration, and achievement. He focuses on approaching challenges from a connected perspective; with a passion for integrating learning and leadership development into an organization’s strategic growth, and helping people understand their own unique strengths and opportunities for improvement.

For the second year, Waggl Harvest will be held at Charles Krug, an iconic Napa Valley winery, that is truly inspirational. Founded in 1861, Charles Krug was named to the National Register of Historic Places on November 8, 1974. The event will take place during the height of the crush season, the perfect time of year to visit wine country.
