Cruise helped design the 10,000-square-foot stone and cedar home, which was completed in 1994. The main house has four bedrooms, a gym, recreation room and library. The guest house has an additional three bedrooms, giving the property a total of seven bedrooms and nine full baths. Outside is a sports court for tennis, basketball or ice hockey and a private trail system with access to and views of the 14,000-foot mountains in the distance with a private gate into the Uncompahgre National Forest. Located minutes to one of the world’s most famous ski resorts, the ranch is only a 12-minute drive to downtown Telluride and only 10 minutes to the Telluride Regional Airport.
