"In the past we've done a decent job, but we always want to do better at every aspect. This is why we've decided to revamp the department."
HouseLookups.com is going to have rebuild with more support working around the clock. More people handling the phone lines, more online agents to handle the chats, and active managers to deal with all legitimate complaints and problems, he mentioned.
