House of Bread Bakery Cafe San Luis Obispo location has joined with Cycletribe and the SLO Yoga Center to help raise funds for RunFreeSLO with a trigiveathon! Run/walk, spin, and yoga with all the proceeds going to a great cause.The trigiveathon is scheduled to start at 9 am on October 18th.The participants will register for any combination chosen at registration which is then followed by a blissful yoga class. Treats from House of Bread and refreshments will be provided as well as a bountiful swag bag with over $100 in value from local merchants. Resgistration is filling up fast. RunFreeSLO is non-profit organization that supports groups that connect people expericeing life's challenges such as addictions and other mental health issues. RunFreeSLO was founded in 2014 by Michelle Gordon and Shelia McCann in hopes to develop a network of avid runners who donate coaching time, provide race entry fees, and assist with running gear to support those who run to better their lives.
