HR.com, the largest network of human resources (HR) executives, has partnered with the renowned Shift Coaching to bring the Shift Corporate Coach Program to the HR community and business leaders, with the online version pilot program beginning October 5th.

The Shift Corporate Coach Program has been built specifically for business leaders to master coaching skills, capabilities, and take them to the next level. The program has been awarded the prestigious global distinction WABC Accredited (Level 1 - RCC)™. The WABC Accredited™ mark signifies that the program has met the highest global standards for business coaching training programs as set by the Worldwide Association of Business Coaches™ (WABC™), the leading global authority for the business coaching industry.

With the high volume of change to the workplace and to business during this global pandemic, the online version pilot program aims to equip leaders to adapt to a new reality and deal with disruption. The program will focus on preparing leaders for helping their teams and organizations survive during unprecedented times.

Shift Coaching CEO, Susan Pahl explains, "There is no playbook or simple solution to deal with the complexity people are facing. A fundamental shift in the capabilities of leaders and teas is required calling for an immeasurable increase in their ability to adapt, change and grow. Coaching is the answer we have all been looking for." She adds, "I believe every leader needs A coach, and every leader needs TO coach!"

Weekly online learning sessions and bi-weekly 'Coaching Circles' with a live mentor coach will make up this 16-week course with live virtual sessions, self-paced learning including online discussions with other participants and facilitators.

Participants will be able to earn 22 HRCI General Recertification Credits / 22 SHRM PDCs. The online version pilot program will offer limited discounted seats and begins October 5th. The first cohort of the program will begin November 2nd.
