The Telehealth Honors® program, presented by Health Recovery Solutions (HRS), is pleased to announce the 2019 award recipients. The Telehealth Honors® program is committed to recognizing individuals who provide the highest quality care to patients, utilizing innovative health technology.

The Telehealth Honors® began in 2017 to showcase outstanding clinicians and their success stories treating patients using telehealth in home-based care including, home health, hospice, palliative care, assisted living, and acute care transition models. The 2019 winners are exceptional individuals who have successfully used technology to enhance patient care.
