Due to worldwide uncertainty surrounding the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic, HSMAI ROC Americas 2020 has been rescheduled for October 26-27 in San Antonio. The main ROC program will be Monday, October 26, at the Grand Hyatt San Antonio. Tuesday, October 27, will feature the HSMAI Chief Revenue Officer Executive Roundtable programs, CRME and CHDM review courses, and Partner Insights sessions.
“HSMAI’s ROC has become the essential place corporate revenue leaders from over 120 unique hotel brands, management companies, and ownership groups convene to discuss emerging trends and issues that directly impact the revenue and profitability of the hotel industry,” said Robert A. Gilbert, CHME, CHBA, president and CEO of HSMAI. “This year, more than ever, it is vital that these thought leaders have the opportunity to come together to understand how to navigate the current landscape and lead the recovery of the hotel industry.”
In October, HSMAI ROC will provide the first opportunity for our community of hotel leaders to learn from each other and lead the industry through recovery and growth. The programming will also focus on best practices to tackle the challenging environment.
For almost two decades, HSMAI ROC has delivered the most compelling and comprehensive event for the hotel revenue optimization discipline, with more than 650 leading professionals coming together to address the most critical trends affecting hotels today. It’s where senior leaders in hotel revenue optimization, sales, marketing, and distribution connect and engage in meaningful, thought-provoking conversations about the most important strategic issues facing the business.
Along with HSMAI ROC, the North American Hospitality Industry Technology Exposition and Conference (HITEC®) has also been rescheduled to October 26-29, 2020. HITEC San Antonio will continue to offer the same opportunities it annually presents, which has made it a must-attend event for the hospitality community.
