With more than 25 years of experience as a leader in corporate human resources strategies and internal communications, Kim adds a valuable new dimension to the firm's work in this area.
Kim joins HudsonLake from Toyota Financial Services where she was most recently Vice President of Human Resources and Operational Excellence. In this role, she oversaw human resources strategy and operations, talent acquisition, organizational development and employee reward programs. She has proven experience identifying and leading company-wide process improvement initiatives, as well as award-winning cultural and operational transformations.

Most recently, she was appointed overall project manager for that company's cultural transformation, field reorganization and headquarters relocation effort.
