Hudson Studio has always been a valued and trusted HudsonLake vendor, and it makes sense to blend its tremendous creative design talent with HudsonLake’s strategic communications expertise to function as one team with a singular commitment to providing exceptional client services.

HudsonLake, a full-service strategic communications firm, and Hudson Studio, an award-winning visual communications firm, have merged to create a “one-stop shop” capable of managing multi-faceted, complex and highly sensitive initiatives requiring best-in-class communication services. The new firm will operate as HudsonLake.

The new entity formally combines two family- and women-owned businesses that have enjoyed a longstanding business partnership. “Hudson Studio has always been a valued and trusted HudsonLake vendor, and it makes sense to blend its tremendous creative design talent with HudsonLake’s strategic communications expertise to function as one team with a singular commitment to providing exceptional client services,” says Cynthia Hudson, founder, board chair and CEO of the new HudsonLake.

“Increasingly, visual communications are a critical tool for engaging stakeholders and influencing behavior, especially with more people working remotely and fewer opportunities for in-person interactions. Bringing in-house a new creative services practice will increase growth opportunities and enable us to provide an even more seamless experience for our clients.”

Adds Stacey Hudson Padova, HudsonLake founder, board member and Chief Creative Officer and founder of Hudson Studio, “We are thrilled to offer an expanded menu of communications services to our graphic design clients. There is tremendous value in providing comprehensive, integrated communications services to companies that prefer to partner with a single vendor for all their communications needs. While this union makes strong business sense, it is also smart from a cultural perspective. These two companies share a culture of service, social responsibility and respect and support for others, which is evident in how we approach our work and how we treat one another and our clients.”

Cynthia Hudson and Stacey Hudson Padova are joined on HudsonLake’s Executive Committee by the following new officers: Julie Goldberg, Chief Operating Officer; Fulvio Padova, founder, board member and Chief Business Officer; Kim Cerda, Chief Human Resources Officer; and Quinton Crenshaw, Chief Marketing Officer.
