Berg has more than 30 years of global leadership experience in strategic planning, product management, brand management, sales and marketing. He has been with HGNA since 2023 and most recently was Executive Vice President – Sales & Customer Service. In that role, he defined the group's commercial strategy, drove sales growth and focused on elevating operational excellence. When Berg joined HGNA, he led the successful launch of W.steps telescopic ladders and SCANGRIP work lights in North America while reigniting growth for Hults Bruk axes.
The entire HGNA portfolio includes Johnson Level, CLC Work Gear, Hultafors Tools, Martinez Tools, MTC, Snickers Workwear, Solid Gear Footwear, Hellberg Safety, Kuny's, SCANGRIP, W.steps and Hults Bruk.
Berg holds a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance and Operations Management and a master's in Brand & Product Management from the University of Wisconsin–Madison.
