Huttopia North America Announces Expansion of White Mountains Site and New United States Locations
ALBANY, N.H. (PRWEB) July 25, 2018 -- In response to growing demand, Huttopia North America is expanding Huttopia White Mountains, the company’s first “glamping” site in the United States, near North Conway, N.H. Additionally, the company expects to add locations in top travel destinations in California, New York and Maine within the next two years.
“Like myself, there are many nature enthusiasts who have avoided camping because of the stressful packing demands and lack of amenities,” explains Nash Abdrabo, newly appointed CEO of North American operations. “Huttopia offers a camping experience with comfort, convenience and entertainment for all ages. We’re excited to see our White Mountains site continue its growth this summer.”
Since everything, down to kitchen utensils and dinnerware, is supplied, packing for this “glamping” resort requires only clothes and personal toiletries. If preferred, even groceries can be crossed off the list, thanks to an Airstream serving crepes, handcrafted pizza and ice cream. Huttopia offers evening entertainment, daily activities for children and a camp full of amenities – including a heated pool, basketball, baseball, volleyball, badminton, ping pong, SUP and canoe rentals.
Starting this season, Huttopia White Mountains has doubled the number of its signature Trapper tents. Inspired by the lodgings of Canadian fur trappers, these canvas tents on a wooden platform are authentic replications with two separate sleeping areas for up to five people. They also feature added benefits including a private bathroom and shower, electricity and a kitchen area with a stove, fridge and sink.
Many of the new Trappers are located “brookside,” a new location offering a scenic view of the water. In addition, a number of the Canadian tents, which include all the amenities of the Trapper except bathrooms and sinks, will be moved “brookside.” Huttopia will continue to offer a third tent option, the Bonaventure, as well as cabins.
In the coming years, Huttopia plans to expand its network across the U.S. to three additional states – including some of the country’s biggest travel destinations.
“We see a need for more locations as a growing number of people crave an up-close experience with nature without the fuss of traditional camping,” continues Abdrabo. “We are excited about our mission to make the outdoors more accessible to all and hope this will lead to greater respect for nature.”
