John joins the Company after serving CNH Industrial for 10 years as a Territory Business Manager, continuing his 35-year career as a salesman in the industrial parts and equipment industry. We would also like to welcome Rick & Morgan Rudolph from Rudolph Associates as independent sales representatives for the upper Northeast region, as well as Sylvie Gagnon as our new independent sales representative for Quebec, Canada.
MINNEAPOLIS, Kan., May 2, 2023 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- Huyett is proud to announce the addition of John McCall as Regional Sales Manager for the Northeast region and Ontario, Canada, and 10th permanent addition to our Distribution Support Team. McCall began his career in industrial parts and equipment sales 35 years ago as a sales manager for WAHA Company while completing his MBA at Union College in Schenectady, NY. He then moved into a retail consultant position at True Value Company, where he managed regional advertising programs, implemented open market surveys, and developed strategic business plans. During his time with True Value, he ranked #2 nationally in sales revenue increase and signed a record number of new stores in 2004. His career has earned him multiple records in sales activity at Briggs and Stratton Company and CNH Industrial and given him strategic, creative, and managerial marketing experience.
McCall states that his choice to join Huyett's team was largely influenced by Huyett's leadership, honesty, and values: "They don't just have their mission statement on a wall. They live those words. It is not every day you see this culture and the people working in it. When you have an opportunity to be part of something like that, you take advantage of it and work to contribute and grow it."
Huyett also welcomes Rick & Morgan Rudolph from Rudolph Associates as independent sales representatives. Rick founded Rick Rudolph Associates, LLC, in 2013 after a nearly 40-year career in the fastener industry. Before starting his own company, he served as National Sales Manager for Precision Socket Screw, Inc., owner of New England Bolt, and president of Wurth Eastern Fastener, among other positions. His son, Morgan, joined the company in 2014. Morgan has since earned his Certified Fastener Specialist credentials from the Fastener Training Institute and served as Vice President of the New England Fastener Distributor's Association while working alongside his father.
Sylvie Gagnon joins the Huyett team from Quebec, Canada as a new independent sales representative for her region. Her 20-year career includes managerial roles in sales and accounting and working as an independent sales agent of fasteners, bolts, and custom industrial products. Huyett is proud to announce her as an addition to our team.
Huyett CEO, Timothy O'Keeffe, believes these new additions will bring unique expertise and experience to contribute to Huyett's goal of developing personal customer relationships.
