A collaboration between McWHINNEY – a Colorado-based real estate investor and developer with expertise in hospitality, mixed-use, commercial, multi-family and residential assets – and Sage Hospitality, the hotel's operator, this is the first hotel to open in Denver's Peña Station NEXT, a transit-oriented community offering multi-family housing, offices, retail, health and wellness, along with hotels, restaurants and more.
