Today, Special Olympics Colorado announces that its 2019 Community Partner of the Year is awarded to Hyatt Regency Denver at Colorado Convention Center.

According to a statement by Special Olympics Colorado, Hyatt Regency Denver has gone above and beyond to make a difference for Special Olympics Colorado athletes over the past 10 years, acknowledging more than $100,000 raised and the hundreds of volunteer hours the Hyatt team has dedicated to this important cause.

The acknowledgement was presented to Leonard and members of the Hyatt Regency Denver staff at the October 24th luncheon. Sponsored by Comfort Dental and attended by 1,000 guests at the Hyatt Regency Denver, the event commemorated the 50th Anniversary of Special Olympics Colorado. Hyatt Regency Denver celebrates the milestone by illuminating its tower atop the 38-story hotel red throughout the month of October.
