VINATech, the supercapacitor manufacturer of Korea, has launched a new product family of 3.8v, and also has responded to market requests for a smaller device of 30F.

VINATech, the supercapacitor manufacturer, has launched a new product family of 3.8v. EDLC technology is continually being developed and enhanced by its own research and development team and it has led to the new VPC series which has been developed utilising standardised EDLC production processes to reduce the cost effect of the advanced technology.

VINATech has responded to market requests for a smaller device of 30F, Lithium Hybrid Capacitors, supporting the 100F, 150F and 250F family products. The new product is 08x20mm with a 3.8v dc and capacitance of 30 farads with remarkably low ESR and ultra-low leakage current. This product is ideally suited for supporting battery powered products and IoT applications.

Compared with the other products, VINATech hybrid lithium capacitor show higher capacitance, as its 100F only in 10 mm x 30 mm canister size compared with the other lithium-ion capacitor 100F in 18mm x 40 mm size, and VPC provides the much wider temperature of use.

The VPC series, an environmentally friendly hybrid lithium capacitor family, has been developed to reduce costs against more expensive pulse battery technologies whilst offering significantly lower ESR with longer life.
