HYPERAMS, LLC is pleased to announce the hiring of personnel to assist in growing the Company’s Appraisal Division. Kyle Cielak has joined the Machinery and Equipment Appraisal Team as an Appraiser, while Manju Connolly and Michaylah Kimbler have joined the Inventory Appraisal Team as a Financial Analyst and an Associate Writer, respectively.

Kyle Cielak has over 20 years of experience in the auction and appraisal industry. Prior to HYPERAMS, Kyle spent nearly five years at Duff and Phelps. He is currently working towards an American Society of Appraisers (ASA) certification as well as becoming a Certified Equipment Appraiser (CEA). Manju Connolly previously worked as a high school math teacher, and holds a Master’s in Education from the University of Minnesota. Michaylah Kimbler holds a B.A. in both Journalism and History from Indiana University. Prior to HYPERAMS, Michaylah worked multiple internships as an Editorial Intern.
