As part of the transaction, founder and CEO Daniel Pasco has joined the Hypergiant Space Age Solutions division as the Director of Engineering. Prior to founding Black Pixel, Pasco's experience includes numerous lead software roles working on a range of enterprise software applications for Fortune 500 companies to spacecraft systems for companies including Kistler Aerospace and Lockheed Martin.
Black Pixel's fifty person team of world-class senior designers, developers, and artists will also be joining Black Pixel co-founder founders Daniel Pasco and George Dick under Hypergiant Space Age Solution's management. The team will continue its dedication to making award-winning beautiful, innovative software and backend services for existing and emerging devices and platforms now fueled with machine intelligence.
