IBA receives ISO Certifications

ISO 9001:2008 is the business standard for quality management that aims for enhancing customer satisfaction through continual improvement and the assurance of conformity to customer, statutory and regulatory requirements. ISO/IEC 20000-1:2011 is specific to IT organizations, such as IBA, in that it provides best practice on planning, applying, and maintaining IT service management (ITSM) principles to the relationship between IBA and its customers.
